IPhone Cast Screen to Chromecast

I have an IPhone which I want to mirror my screen to a TV. I have a chromecast and installed Google Home and I can see the Chromecast which is connected. I can even see and control what is being cast from another device. What I can't do is cast my screen to it - there is no icon to cast my screen. Is there a simple way to do this for free? When I find apps which look like they will mirror your screen it seems that you have to pay for these apps?

You can use Teams and join a meeting from an iphone and share screen. (free but not quick)
