Sophos Safeguard Change Media Passphrase option missing

Our Safeguard server has been decommissioned by our support service.

 

I have a user who cannot access information on her memory stick; it's requesting a password to do so. For a different reason we have reimaged her laptop, which probably hasn't helped...

 

I have reinstalled Sophos Safeguard ontot he laptop, selecting to install Data Exchange but not Full Disk Encryption (assuming that was for the machine's hard drive), Cloud Storage or File Encryption.

 

I was hoping this would allow me to see the option "change media passphrase" which I could use to reset the passphrase for external devices but I can't see that option listed from the system tray icon.

 

Do I need to install another element to see that option? We have normally in the past install the Full Disk Encryption but are not encrypting drives any longer, hence the decision not to use the server itself... unfortunately our support service were a bit too keen to decommission it but are not responding to our queries about recommmissioning it or otherwise asssisting...

 

Any assistance or suggestions gratefully received.
