[sims] Reporting on Reports in SIMS

We are a MAT with two secondary academy's using SIMS, I am wanting to report on the reports that we have in the system, so I can look at rationalising the reports in individual sites as well as across the two. As an example on one site we have reports called either Photographs, Student Photo's and Pupil Photo's. Unless I go into each report I don't know what each one does, and we have lots of reports.

 

I want to be able to rationalise the reports so we don't have duplicates, as well as putting some standardisation across the trust.

 

Ultimately I'm wanting to report not just on the names of the reports but also the elements of the reports (Data Area, Data Fields, Filters, Sorts and Outputs). Im just looking if there is an easy way to do this within the UI or if it will need to be a DB level.
