ICT Apprentice Questions

Hi Everyone,

 

We are going to interview for our ICT Apprentice this week and I wondered if anyone would be willing to share any interview questions/tests that would be suitable that you may have used?

Give them basic hardware fault to fix ie why is this pc not booting unseat the ram etc simple things.

 

Something that would have been covered at college

A few practical tasks, for example disable the ethernet/wifi adapter and ask them to sort it out, ask to troubleshoot why no signal on the monitor, ask them to check why no internet access, etc.

 

A couple of priority questions thrown in too, who to go to first, how quick something needs doing before the lesson gets disrupted, SLT not being able to print, etc.
