Konica Minolta Business solutions (photocopiers)

Does anyone know what's happening with Konica Minolta Business solutions? Their phone line for consumables, has a crazy long wait time. I have been waiting for toner for two weeks. They usually turn up within two days. I have tried to organise a Remote Resolution Specialist to fix the auto restock issue on both of our copiers, for over a month now.

Anyone else having troubles?
