AppV installation Woes

Good afternoon all,

 

I'm trying to install Microsoft App-V server with a remote databsae.

 

I've run the setup on our SQL server and installed the databases, then run the setup again on our App server. I've set the access group to {domain}\{security group} that I've created and populated with my user account, the user account that has admin access on the SQL instance, as well as the App server record.

I'm still getting an error stating [h=1]Error[/h][h=2]You do not have access to this information. Please check your credentials.[/h]

I'm at a bit of a loss right now where else to look

What are you trying to achieve? This may not be helpful but when using App-v I never went down the route of setting up the infrastructure. As with using SCCM\MECM it deploys the app to the pc then streams from the app on the device. Also mainstream support has already ended on the product.
