k-strider Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 has anyone see this when you load an Adobe CC app it pops up with a proxy login box and we put in the username and password and just says its wrong. if I manually swap my proxy to notls.quantum.exa-networks.co.uk or turn it off so it goes out on transparent adobe loads and signs in. i cant change the system proxy away from ad.quantum.exa-networks.co.uk really as then it breaks our filtering profiles and everyone just gets base line (strictest) filtering I was hoping you could either tell CC to use something like proxy.quantum.exa-networks.co.uk or rather ignore the system settings and not use a proxy (transparent) but I haven’t found anything in the Adobe Docs... Right now only a handful of users use Adobe CC but since Premier Rush and photoshop express is free it would be nice to let the students have access to it. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/using/proxy-authentication-support.html
kidpressingbuttons Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 You can ask Exa to resolve this as we have had a few sites with tls issues
