Netsweeper User Inspection report

Hi, I'm trying to run a Netsweeper User inspection report for a 20 min timeslot for a specific pupil. The report runs ok and displays in a table on screen. However the table is only 1 page long and won't scroll any further. I haven't done much with Netsweeper reports, does anyone know if this is the norm or is it me being thick. I'm a bit stuck.
