sdc Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 Hi Has anyone managed to get through to the sales line shown on the ESS SIMS website? I've rung multiple times and always given up after 20 minutes of music on endless loop; I've used the "contact us" form and had literally no response whatsoever, and now even tried calling other numbers listed on their website in the hope of getting to speak to someone - all to no avail! I have left voicemails asking for calls back, never to hear from anyone. Does anyone have any other contact details, please? We're interested in purchasing additional SIMS modules - you'd think they'd be keen to chase potential sales...? Many thanks!
supportman Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 They have just been taken over so its all up the air right now. I'm guessing they are more concerned about keeping hold of customers than poeple buying new bits 1
Arthur Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 Does anyone have any other contact details, please? You could try one of the following email addresses... [email protected] [email protected] 1
Primus Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 Sounds like a great opportunity - "Sorry HT I can't get through to them at all, but these providers all have a modern cloud-based MIS and we could switch to them and save money..." 3
sdc Posted October 20, 2021 Author Posted October 20, 2021 Thanks for the suggestions. I've had a very helpful email response, and managed to line up a Teams meeting too. :-)

I would imagine the sales telephone that number is connected to has had that little activity on it in the last 5 years or so, that it's buried under a mountain of dust and no one can find it.
