Remove Keyboard Shortcut or Disable Key on Keyboard

Hi All,

 

I have a few students that have now worked out about the windows Manual Crash which blue screens and restarts your computer. This can be done by holding down both Shift Keys and clicking on the "backtick" buttton (Button next to the number 1). Is there a way to disable to backtick button or disable the keyboard shortcut all together?

Can't see any documentation on that, ctrl+scroll-lock twice is there though, enable with regkey

We've used Simple Disable key in the past when we wanted to really lock down a student device.
