Wonde data protection issues?

Hey all

 

My LEA is kicking up a big fuss about Wonde currently and is recommending we do manual data transfers.

 

Anyone else had this? We've been using it for some time for several other apps.

 

I know boatloads of schools around the country are using it so I am a tad confused!!

Same with ours. It looks like DPO's have started to pick holes in Wonde's DPAs and understanding who the processor and controller of the data are.

I am from a Welsh LEA school and we use WONDE, they haven't mentioned anything to us about it but I know our Cardiff based computer contractor was dubious about Wonde and warned us to be careful when it came to DPA, so I wonder if Cardiff are kicking up a fuss about it. But we are still using it for some web based Maths software.
