2nd Line Service Desk Adviser(MIS)- Herts for Learning (Hertfordshire)- Up to £25,000

Contract: Permanent - fulltime at 37 hours per week, 52 week per year

Salary: Band 4 – up to £25,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Location: Hertfordshire. Currently remote due to Covid-19. Post Covid-19 lockdown restrictions there will be an opportunity to work up to 2 days in the Head Office – Stevenage.

 

Join our enthusiastic and dedicated Service Desk team team as an additional MIS Service Desk Adviser.

In this role you will be:

• responding to and resolving support requests within the relevant Service Levels.
  
• supported with continuous professional development and also
  
• supported to ensure you have a good understanding of the specific requirements of the MIS solutions we support.
  

 

Previous experience of school MIS systems (such as Arbor, ScholarPack or SIMS) is essential, with Bromcom experience an advantage. Service desk experience of providing software support to customers would also be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

 

The team are currently working remotely due to Covid-19, however following this following this you will have the opportunity to work in the office for a maximum of 2 days per week, if desired. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
