Virtual Open Evenings

We are starting to focus on "Open Evening" at the moment and once again we are planning on going virtual.

 

Can anyone recommend any software (Free or Cheap!) that will allow us to create a Virtual Tour of the school, a bit like Google Street view I guess around the building.

 

Any other ideas / tips / tricks are welcome!

 

What other things are you guys doing for Open Evenings in the virtual world?

We are providing a YouTube tour video, interviews with pupils videos, prospectus etc on a web page, but we're also attempting a live open evening with prebooked sessions 5 minutes apart and names of all people on tours, so we know who is where and when.

 

Of course ours is next week, but I wouldn't want to be attempting it live in a month or so.
