3CX Voice mailbox

Evening,

Newish 3CX install and loving it.

 

Is it possible to have two different voice messages on an extension.

So if I dialed the extension internally I get one message,

And someone calls from external via DDI to the same extension there is a different message played. Thinking of our attendance line.

I don't believe you can in the mailbox.

 

But you could go into the extension and forward it to a different mailbox for external calls. Alternately you could forward missed external calls to a custom call flow app that has a different message.
