Activboard Titanium board Teams/OneDrive issue

Hi all

Teachers are using Activboard Titanium (purchased last year- don’t have a model number to hand)

We have installed MS Teams and OneDrive app on the board

Teacher is trying to add a word document from her OneDrive to a new conversation in Teams. When she clicks on the document, it returns to Teams but the document is not added to the conversation. We are able to add a pic from the board hard drive but not from an online location.

Any suggestions
