Push Homework details to Bromcom from Teams

Is there a way of pushing homework details from MS Teams into Bromcom?

 

Or is there even a way of pushing homework details into Bromcom at all?

Are you using the cloud hosted version?

I don't know if it's possible, but I'm personally of the opinion that information should generally only flow one way, out of your MIS for things like that. That leaves your MIS as the source of truth, rather than writing back to it.

@paulkerton yep could not agree more one source of truth and all that, but if your homework/ grades (insert another) comes from a separate system/ process then you have to be able to write those details against the single source (if that source can accept the data) these types of integrations are required all over the place in our world.

 

The reason for my question is the cloudy version of broehas an api I guess as I dont have access to the details of the api that its RESTful so we should be able to get a token and post back the info with some kind of script/ powerapp or such likes.

We use both here, but record all assignments on teams only.

You can use Bromcom's API to write Assessment marks but not homework ones. Note that write access to the api usually carries an extra cost
