Printer Issues

Hi all,

 

We have lots of printers in schools that are Ricoh. All of a sudden these are having print issues i.e. print jobs not coming out or coming out in B&W instead of colour. The 3rd party printer support company are trying to fob it of onto I.T. in schools.

 

I just wondered if anyone had heard anything or if windows updates had screwed printers up again.

 

These are Windows 10 systems with 2016 or 2019 DC
