Hi All

We're planning to switch from type 3 to type 4 drivers for our fleet of Kyocera drivers, however during testing the Kyocera KX Universal Driver it appears PaperCut doesn't log jobs at all. Jobs print but PaperCut isn't aware. Anyone else seen this behaviour with Type 4 drivers and found a solution?

Version 20 but sorted now thanks. Wasn’t a type 4 driver issue at all. Secondary print server papercut service had fallen over.

Don't you need access to the more advanced options ie finishing options as I believe the type 4 drivers don't have these options.
