What is the correct way of removing redirected folders?

I need to remove folder redirection for My Documents etc. I have searched but have also read that making a wrong change can muck everything up, hence my post.

 

Currently all users access their documents as a home folder (H drive), so I believe I need to leave any files there but remove the redirect only, if that makes sense.

 

Do I update / change the current policy, or make a new one?

 

I have supplied images of current policy setup, what would you suggest I change?

 

BTW this is a 2016 DC

Hi

 

I've just implemented onedrive folder redirection at one of our sites and this required all previous folder redirection to be removed.

 

I simply unlinked the legacy folder redirection policies and this seemed to do the trick.

Someone suggested that I should replace the \\server\ path with %USERPROFILE%\Documents, although I have not tested this yet as the staff are not back yet.
