Just got the following email..... But when I click the link it lists the school domain as verified. Not sure what to do next.

Enter your domain to verify your academic eligibility

You have 1 disabled trial that will be deleted on 25 July 2021. To continue using your trial products, buy paid subscriptions in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

If your trial is deleted on 25 July 2021, you’ll no longer have access to the services in the trial or data associated with them. Before then, make sure that you save any data associated with the services you used.

To find out if Manor Primary School qualifies for academic prices, complete our verification process.

Sorry, just realised the title is misleading as I don't think they will close our entire cloud system but some trial part of it, but I don't have any trials running.

Apologies for what is probably an obvious question, and you will already have checked, but is the sender genuine?

When you say you clicked the link, and it lists the school domain as verified, then that could be a link in the body of the E-Mail? (It's a while since I dealt with this stuff)

Yep, I checked first by going to the site separately, then by clicking the link from a non school computer which opened the same page with the same info.

Also the domain locked good that the email came from and the domain link that it opened.

What subscriptions are listed in your portal? Is it a relatively recent setup that might have the A3 trial in it and therefore that's being removed?
