[bromcom] " Guest " Students and cashless epayments

Hi all,

 

do any of you have guest students in bromcom? Are they able to utilise the epayments system with them being "guests" ?

 

We have a small specialist school what uses our site. They have their own MIS, but are in our current MIS (SIMS) as guests. We're moving to bromcom and need for these guest students to be able to use the epayments feature of bromcom to be able to top up their dinner money etc.......

 

Do any of you have and use this scenario?

When you say Epayments, is there a particular system you are referring to specifically i.e Biostore or Parent Pay? Once I know which system you are referring to I can asdvise you further.

Sorry i'm using the wrong terminology, it's the bromcom system. we're using bromcom for all our payments.

No worries Jaan

 

So regardless of the Student's Enrolment Status on Bromcom, the Parents can still top up their Dinner Money as long you make an MCAS Account for them. The only other way would be for you/the School to manually make the payments & update balances by making Dinner Payments if they pay cash or bank transfer.
