[closed] misc: Spark IM Chat Contact Problem

Evening all,

 

I am just wondering if anyone else is having this problem with Chat or is it just me.

 

Signed in last night to IM for edugeek and found i had no contacts thought nothing off it. logged on this afternoon and still i have no contacts or offline contacts which is what i used to have.

 

Although i can access the Chat rooms.

 

Is this an account problem edugeek's end or is a problem my end ?

Seems to be working with Pidgin. Try again today and maybe try another client to rule out Spark as the issue.

Was meaning to edit this thread last night, at about 1am this morning i got signed out or IM but when i reconnected i had my contacts back.
