Hi All,

Before I set about making a Microsoft Form that replicates the data entry for new intake children as close as possible, so that it’s easier for the admin people to copy and paste the data accross, I just wondered if anyone had already done it and wouldn’t mind PM’ing me a link to duplicate the form?

Thanks,

Don’t underestimate the sense checking that is needed when validating this data we’ve had parents who haven’t spelt their child’s name correctly as an example.

I believe there is a SIMS data import option but I’ve not had any involvement in that side of it.

We have written our form from scratch as our need for the logic of if this option is ticked ask this question quickly outstripped the capabilities of Microsoft Forms. But we now use one form for all new students and it walks them through signing up for the 1:1 device scheme including gift aid and direct debits.

Just wanted to bump this again. If nobody has anything to share that I might be able to build on, we'll set about making one and posting it here.

This is the one that I made last year. This year we have moved to Arbor so have got the parents to input it themselves. I've shared it as a template, not sure how that works, never shared a form outside the organisation for other than for filling in!
