Opening HEIC On Windows 10?

I checked today and the ISO was there, is that for both HEIC and HEVC ?

I logged onto a machine today, opened a HEIC in the old Windows Image Viewer without any issues before evening installing the ISO..

I've managed to find and download the ISO on our VLSC which contains the MSI for Microsoft.HEVCVideoExtensions.Installer.x64.msi.

If anyone wants it, it's here in a zip format
