Hi

We've changed the password on our Unifi Wifi and updated the settings in Chrome Admin - Networks but it doesn't seem to be pulling through to the Chromebooks and gives a bad password error (I have checked it's the correct one). When I boot up a Chromebook it gives 'Network not available', it won't let me add the new password on the Chromebook, as the settings are managed by our organisation - I presume these settings are Devices - Network - Wifi but I can't see any setting that would lock the password.

I've created another Wifi network in the Chrome Admin with exactly the same settings. I can select this on the Chromebook. add the password and connect. It will then allow me to swap connection to the old WIfi.

Not sure if I'm missing a setting elsewhere to update? Is this expected behaviour?

Thanks

Hold on, you've changed the existing password and now it won't connect?

Well it won't be able to connect to your unifi network to pull the latest settings will it, as it has the old password on the device, but the new password on the network?

So how are you meant to change the WiFi password?
