Epsom Contacts

Hi All,

 

We have an issue with one of our Epsom Projectors and want to get it replaced under warranty, i've registered the warranty and contacted their technical support emails. Both times I haven't heard back! It's out of warranty in a couple months so need to get it moving.

 

Does anyone have any contact emails/numbers for them? As all the ones I seem to use I get no reply, not even a email confirmation that they have registered my warranty or received an email!

Used to have a mare with them for printers, so have some details stored:

 

Phone they currently list: 0343 90 37766

The number I used to call for printers to get to the customer interaction centre for technical support was 0871 423 7766.

I've used the live chat in the past. You have to answer a few questions then you get to type to a human.
