Cloud Drive Mapper Sharepoint Access

We are using Cloud Drive Mapper to map to a SharePoint site generally this is working well, but we have an intermittent issue where the location will become unavailable, this usually resolves itself within a few minutes, using the refresh settings option from the system try also usually resolves it. Has anyone else experienced similar and found a solution?

We have this every now & then. Cloud Drive Mapper support say it's down to throttling on Microsoft's end and there's nothing they can do. Although a version 3 is promised which a number of tweaks/differences to improve reliability.
