Server Refresh Questions

I'm looking to refresh our server kit here and I want to drop our SAN as I feel it's too expensive / complicated for our needs.

 

Anyone using local storage on their hosts with vsphere? What has your experience been like? Open to recommendations (using refurbished servers)

We have StarWind HyperConverged Appliances (HCA) it works great and even have proactive support. It supports VMware and Hyper-V.

I'll give a definite +1 to ICT Direct. We have used them for several years now, and the service has been excellent. On the odd occasion we have had an issue with the hardware, there support under warranty has been second to none!
