SIMS.net and the missing reports

One of our staff had input some reports before half term. Some of them are now gone.

 

The Staff member involved had put in 2 or 3 classes that day but only 1 of 3 of those classes is missing.

 

The reports were seen by 4 other members of staff at different times so we know they were there. We have the log of when the member of Staff inputted them.

 

We also had issues with the May big fix number 1 and 2.

 

Anyone else suffered this problem?
