We've had senso for over a year and it can be a little slow but works okay overall the issue we have is when using the password reset feature. We have it set up so some staff can reset student's passwords but it seems to only work 2/3 times out of 10. We've been on and off with sensor support since Jan and never really get anywhere. It's really frustrating for us and the staff.

Does anyone here use it and does it work for you?

How it is supposed to work? Do you allow all staff permissions to change AD passwords? Or is there a proxy installed to do it running as a different account?

Set up as per their guides, they have checked it too. They have also seen it be internment. Just wondering if anyone else on here uses it and how it's been for them.

https://support.senso.cloud/support/solutions/articles/79000116273-password-reset-delegate-access-setup so you set up 1 user.

https://support.senso.cloud/support/solutions/articles/79000116227-password-reset and then put that user into Senso's database, so all teachers are using the same user.

I'd enable audit logs on the server for that user and see if you can see whether things are failing, or never getting to the server.

Did you use an IP or FQDN?

Thanks for taking the time to research the guides, we've already used them and had our settings confirmed via Senso. We tried both IP and FQDN just to see if it make any difference.

Do you use Senso at all?

I tried it for a bit, couldn't get remote view to work reliably, and then the owner went crazy anyway.

Is there a pattern of who it works for? Any client logs?

Give me a shout on Support. I'll take a look with you. Could be something that we've missed.
