  1. Give me a shout on Support. I'll take a look with you. Could be something that we've missed.
  2. Hi Garacesh, I should strongly recommend you contact us. Your first issue mentioned from your IT Staff sounds like either a WebRTC configuration or Firewall/Filter/AV issue, which we can send you articles on how to resolve. Connections should be instant if you are on the same network as the devices you are viewing/controlling, as WebRTC will create a P2P connection over the Local network, this sounds like it isn't, and is instead going through the Relay. This can be confirmed in Thumbnail view, where a little yellow symbol appears in the bottom left corner that says "Indirect Slow Connection". Your second question is also completely doable, we call it Dedicated Teacher PC and you can find the article for that on our Support page. In the portal, if you use the little Live Chat symbol next to your email address in the top right, ask for me and we can arrange a session to go over everything.
  3. I'm a little sad to hear this opinion of Senso. Have you contacted Support? Poor performance very rarely indicates an issue with Senso and I'd be more than happy to do check over things with you and I'd really like to see the poor performance for myself. We're constantly striving to improve the product and customer feedback is extremely valuable to us. Please reach out to me via the Live Chat in the Portal and I'll personally take a look at everything for you. That also goes for any customer who feels their product is performing poorly, reach out to the companies support teams.
  4. Hi Deano, Unfortunately, I know how to fix this, mainly because they're using similar tech to us. Have you managed to resolve it at all?
  5. Senso has 3 ways of viewing the screen 1. Request permission to view the whole screen 2. Lock the Screen until Approval to the Whole Screen 3. View the Active Tab (Requires no approval) Options 1 and 2 are unavoidable due to a Google Policy which doesn't allow us (or any other company for that matter) to view the entire Chromebook without asking for Permission first. However, we can get round that by using Option 3. In my personal experience, unless you're utilizing the Android element to Chromebooks, option 3 is usually suitable for what you need anyway!
  6. This is a cool idea! Will take this away!
  7. Get in touch with me when you get some time. We'll take another look at this.
  8. Hi mavhc, We would be happy to assist with this, please contact us via the chat function in the portal, or send an email to [email protected] Thanks
  9. Hi Gsk, Thanks for the Feedback. I saw this reply a couple of weeks ago. I managed to get the Devs to amend some things for you: 1. We have now added the ability to Cancel the shutdown for the user. 2. I've created a video guide for a Power Off schedule to give an idea of how to do one. You can find it on our Youtube Channel. 3. The latest client release should also address some issues you mentioned in your first point. I'm also going to do a video guide on this today. I'd also love it if you could get in touch about your last point with regards to WOL as it should be instant.
