Remote desktop gateway via Sophos XG WAF

We are currently moving all our incoming connections across from our old hotch-potch of connections ont the XG firewall. I've added a WAF rule (currently testing with no protection policy) for our remote desktop access but can't seem to get it to work:-

 

* I can browse to {RDP Gateway URL}/RDWeb and get to a login page there

* When I try to use the RDP connection it tells me it can't connect.

 

I had tried with the RDG 2008 protection policy, and then again with a RDG 2012 policy from https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036644?language=en_US

 

Now, testing with the protection policy turned off, and I'm still not able to connect.

 

Has anyone else had this issue, and how can it be worked around?
