Vmware to Hyper-V Convert Issues

As part of a project, I am wanting to migrate all servers from Vmware over to Hyper-V.

I used Starwinds free conversion software which all went through smoothly and no issues at all.

However, when i went to first boot the VM it stuck at Starting (10%) for ages and then it finally booted. If I do a reboot of the VM it shuts down, gets stuck at 'stopping' then again eventually reboots without an issue.

 

However, any VMs which have been created from a fresh install on the Hyper-V host, they start/stop immediately.

 

What would be causing these delays on a converted VM?

Have you updated the integrated services?
