visualiser software error

looks like the sphere software from aver has stopped working,

only thing I can see is the ms flash removal update has been applied

anybody else using the A+ Suite software from aver ok with no flash ?

Which Windows version? We had an issue with 1903 a couple of years back which stopped our Aver visualisers from working. It was a dodgy Windows update at fault.

 

I installed and tested A+ on a 20H2 build (no March update) last week and it was working. I didn't install the Flash component.

today sphere2 just loads as white window

Might try reinstalling A+ Suite_2.7.2178.179

so there is an option not to "install flash" in the setup wizard ?

 

Also could try ipeveo software which should work with any hardware I think.

Depends on the age of Aver visualiser, whether it works with other software or as a generic webcam. Most of ours don't.

 

Yes, there's a selection box for the Flash plug-in.

 

You may have to try it without that update.
