This position would suit someone with experience or aspiring to be a network manager, as support and coaching from the Head of IT would definitely be available in line with the schools ethos of support and respect

 

You will be managing the helpdesk service and guiding the technician team in daily tasks etc. You’ll be the primary person managing the technical infrastructure as well. And you will be deputising for the Head of ICT, supervising and developing the technical service and have some influence on strategic issues.

Tech wise, you’ll have windows server admin experience, helpdesk management, AV, Jamf or other MDM solution, Hyper V, DNS, AD, SCCM etc
