b3n_lynch Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 We have had quite a few staff members sending emails to the wrong recipient outside of the organization. Is it possible to setup a prompt every time a user is sending an email to an external source? I have already setup the mailtips notification but this is only a very small notification and is easily missed. I was hoping for a large popup box with asking the user to confirm the recipients of the email are who they intended. Thanks Ben
synaesthesia Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Not via 365 itself no - sorry this is one of those times where the mailtip and user education needs to be pushed a little more. I believe it's possible with onsite exchange/hybrid systems, but you don't want to be running one of those this day and age! 1
chaplic Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 you could require people put [ext] or similar in teh subject line and have a transport rule to NDR it if mail goes external without it? people would hate it, but would achieve your goal. 1
