[1909, ou] Weird graphics driver issue

We have a weird issue with a couple of user specifically around the use of the Intel 4500 graphics drivers.

 

For one user, every now and then it developers a fault, and makes her screens go off, uninstalling the driver and letting it find a new one seems to fix this (intel 5000) driver. then a couple of weeks later it will do it again.

this is on a dell 7010

 

For the other user, we have been through multiple devices (laptop\laptop and dock, and now PC) and this still happens we aren't sure why-- this is on a Dell 9020. On hers, the screen develops a small square in the middle and again uninstalling the driver and allowing it to find it again, seems to fix it. But it happens to again later.

 

Anyone (pretty please) have any ideas?

Have you tried using the Dell Command Update tool to update all the drivers?
