Office 365 Signatures

Hi all

 

I am looking to create unified signatures across our MAT for staff, as at present we have an amalgamation of different variants of signature templates.

We have a CC4 network with Azure AD synced enabled through AD Connect.

 

We have a base signature template that we want to use, however I have found that the inbuilt Office 365 rules system can be a little bit flaky and will append the signature sometimes and will sometimes completely skip it.

Does anyone know of any software (preferably free) or a better way of doing this?

Used this before. Pretty easy to setup and use. Not sure what costs would be now a days though

Just for awareness, if going for Exclaimer you'll need Exclaimer cloud edition - Outlook edition will no longer support Office 365 shortly.

We use CodeTwo Email Signatures for O365. Works really well and has all the options we need.
