Project Proposal as we grow as a Trust

Hi all

 

Our school, which began as a two school trust (with a primary) is hoping to expand with more partnerships with other schools this year.

 

I have been asked to write a proposal for project work to proactively plan for the future of the trust.

 

Currently our system is really geared towards a single school (single Office 365 tenant, on premises servers, our current primary next door pretty much running independently )

 

So things im looking at:

 

1) A single new tenant on Office 365 with the Trust name going forward, and sub domains for primary schools underneath

2) Look at Cloud based printing, CCTV, WiFi so things can be monitored for all sites (PaperCut, UniFi Protect and CCTV cloud key, 3CX phone system hosted) - also printing and phone calls made across sites.

 

Any advice into how to creates a succinct proposal will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure where you are based, but this is right up our street. We started our business 10+ years ago as an in school IT team and now offer cloud services to schools joining together as a trust, to "act as one" if that makes sense. Possibly drop me a dm.
