Creating your own CTF for import

We use RM integris and we are now also a google school so a lot of our interactions with parents is via google forms - therefore the data we hold is mostly on sheets/excel. I was wondering if there was a way to turn this data into a CTF and import it back in the MIS in bulk. At the moment we use our data on the spreadsheets more than the MIS but i guess we need to update the MIS as well.

 

I tried and failed to use an existing XML/CTF and edit and import - but it was beyond me. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you consulted the gov.uk specifications on CTF files. If you follow that you should be fine in creating the document.

 

If you're into scripting you can use AppsScript on a Google sheet to make an XML file using the XMLService
