School Bulletin Software

Hi

 

We have a lovely school bulletin that was set up by an ex member of staff which now doesn't work (Error: Field 'sun' doesn't have a default value) and no one knows how to fix! I think it was built using cPanel and Wordpress, I have the log in details but no idea how to use it.

 

Can anyone recommend another solution? I could use Google Sites to set the page up but no idea how to set up a bulletin for staff/students to use. The current one allowed you to post messages to specific year groups that tutors would put on the board in the morning.

 

Incase you didn't realise by the above I'm not a coder so something easy

No we're a Google school, don't use 365...

This could be done with Sites. You could either embed a document in a page and give editing rights to that document?

Google Classroom? Create a Classroom for each appropriate group of pupils - "Year 7 Bulletin" or similar, then when you set resources each member child should get an email, or they can look at the Classroom page to see the latest update.
