Heard this on the radio this morning and I don't know why, but I feel like I need to know the answer. It started via this tweet then Greg James on Radio 1 picked up on it.

I heard this on the way in this morning and it INFURIATED ME purely because of the lack of information. Guesses started being thrown around and only after then was it mentioned "oh btw that includes humans as in staff and visitors, furniture like chairs desks etc". Really got on my nerves!
