Filtering Risk Assessment

I have been asked by my SLT to write a risk assessment for the filtering system we use in school. We are a smoothwall school and I have contacted them but they were of no help. I was wondering if anyone else has written a risk assessment for their school filtering and wouldn't mind sharing. Any help would be appreciated as not sure where to start with this.
