Install Appx via GPO

I'm looking at being able to install the offline licenced store apps for all users via gpo.

 

created a PowerShell script and used Add-AppxPackage

which works for a user but doesn't work as a start-up script.

It would need provisioning for a users. If you have SCCM in place setup the store intergration. Many apps need to stay up to date and it will be difficult if you try and update an offline app.
