MrMDStreet Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 Hi, some users when saving a file to the SharePoint Sites setup for them have an issue when saving a copy of a document via the 'Browse' option are presented with the error in the image. If they click 'No' apparently they can still save the file but if the navigate to the folder through other routes, the error isnt presented. It only seems to be with 'Quick Access' in Explorer.

MrMDStreet Posted January 27, 2021 Author Posted January 27, 2021 It is a strange one because users have just got into the habit of turning off auto save, access settings for the sites seem to have changed with no interaction from myself and the only thing that has changed recently is web filtering.
Steve21 Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 That error popup suggests it's still using Internet Explorer in the background (Rather than Edge/Chrome etc from the wording), Do you still have that set as a default for some kind of filetype? Steve
MrMDStreet Posted January 27, 2021 Author Posted January 27, 2021 From what I have seen (and not tested with other filetypes) it’s just Word documents.
