Teams - Engagement Reports?

Hi there

 

Just wondering if anyone has or is using any engagement reports, I know about Insights and Usage reports in Admin portal.

 

Problem with these reports seem to miss people that haven't used the system in that time period. Mainly after using to find out who is missing meeting(s)

 

Would ideally like to be able to export the data I can find in the admin portal under users and then call history

 

 

Any ideas
