We have a few rules for this to filter key words from emails and they have been working fine right up to the point where two pupils started this term with surnames containing one of the words in the filter. So, I removed the word in question from the filter, then added a 2nd filter for just that word and added to that rule to exclude to two pupils. But it's not working as it's inheriting the word from somewhere else, but I can't work out where from. Are they inheriting the words from each other, effectively making two full lists?

 

 

It's only set for the pupils at their OU, nothing else higher up.
