trying to create a user with perms to enrol chromebooks

So for our first batch of Chromebooks I just used my main admin account to enrol them in G Suite, this time I wanted to create a specific user acc just for doing this.

 

I created a new user account and assumed there would be a permission I could add to make this user a Chromebook Enrollment account, but I cant see one listed in the permissions page.

 

Any ideas?

Just need to make sure the user is in an OU that has Enrollment permissions allow users to enroll new or re-enroll existing devices
