neonetman Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 We're currently having a few issues with students inviting other students into Teams classes. Whilst the use is still sat pending approval, it is causing some disruption. Is there any way of preventing students from being able to invite others?
tapb Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 A teacher who is setting up the Teams meeting (I assume you're referring to meetings) needs to change the meeting options so the students are "attendees" not "presenters" (Default) Roles in a Teams meeting - Office Support (microsoft.com) You'll see in the link above an "attendee" cannot invite other participant during a meeting. You can set students to be attendees as default using these instructions: Set students to attendee by default in Microsoft Teams meetings - ClassThink
