The expensive part should be getting the wires to where you need them in the door mechanism.

 

Magnet: At the top, but also need a reader cabled inside the wall, and a cable to that area of the building

 

Door frame: Releasing the door lock via a door frame plate opposite the handle, also where the reader will be anyway, cable down the wall. Have to alter the door frame. And get a cable to that area of the building.

 

Door itself: Moving the lock in and out in the door itself, either battery powered or you need to get power to the moving door, and thus a cable to that area of the building.
